Overview

TITAN Greece has an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Manager at our Plant in Thessaloniki. The role is responsible for leading the Electrical Maintenance Department, overseeing the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of all electrical systems, and driving continuous improvement in reliability and energy efficiency. The role reports directly to the Plant Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Electrical Maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure safe and uninterrupted operation of plant electrical systems.
  • Plan and manage the annual Electrical Maintenance budget, including Capex projects, procurement, and cost control.
  • Supervise the execution of energy efficiency and environmental impact projects (ISO 50001 compliance).
  • Identify opportunities and implement process optimization and innovation initiatives.
  • Manage digital transformation efforts in the electrical maintenance area, including RTOs and advanced diagnostics.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and TITAN policies.
  • Coordinate with other departments for planning major shutdowns and project executions.
  • Mentor and develop electrical maintenance engineers and technicians.
  • Act as the main point of contact for external contractors, suppliers, and consultants in electrical matters.
  • Monitor KPIs and use data analytics to drive performance and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering from a Polytechnical University.
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in cement or heavy industry.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and complex technical projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Capex planning, energy management systems (ISO 50001), and process optimization.
  • Comfortable working in high-pressure environments, managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in Greek and English (oral and written).
  • Fulfilled military obligations (if applicable).
