Process Engineering Manager

TITAN Greece has an exciting opportunity for a Process Engineering Manager at our Patra Plant. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role focuses on optimizing plant performance, driving process improvements, and advancing sustainability. With expertise in cement manufacturing, the Process Engineering Manager will enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

• Develop and execute strategies to optimize plant production, energy efficiency, and quality standards.
• Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements to address deviations.
• Conduct audits and evaluations of process equipment to ensure top-tier operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and seamless operations.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Provide training and guidance on data analysis, technical processes, and procedural knowledge.
• Promote and implement sustainable practices, including alternative fuels and raw materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends, integrating best practices into operations.
• Manage resources, budgets, and timelines for installations, upgrades, and performance improvements.
• Support and implement annual PPIP initiatives and process improvement plans.
• Monitor and assess the impact of improvements, driving cost reductions and KPI achievement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in cement production, cement quality control, or process engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the cement or manufacturing industry.
• Proven expertise in optimizing manufacturing processes, managing complex projects, and leading diverse teams.
• Good knowledge and exposure to process tools and the latest developments.
• In-depth knowledge of cement production processes, equipment, environmental standards, CO2 emissions, and quality control.
• Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory standards related to cement manufacturing.
• Knowledge of energy audits.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and alternative resource utilization is a plus.
