Sales Operations Specialist

TITAN Greece has an excellent opportunity for a Sales Operations Specialist for our Head Office in Athens. The position reports to the Sales Administration and Data Support Manager.

• Support the internal Sales Department to achieve accurate and effective representation of customer details, prices, and discounts in the SAP SD system.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and correct invoicing.
• Monitor customer group invoicing according to needs.
• Liaise with subsidiary teams to complete daily processes.
• Develop and maintain information archives for the Internal Sales Department.
• Participate in projects aimed at process optimization and efficiency improvement.
• Prepare monthly reports for the Sales Department.
• Communicate with stakeholders and gather market trend information.
• Conduct internal sales audits to ensure compliance with established procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or Business Analytics.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Good knowledge of SAP SD and SAP BW.
• Experience in applying Statistical Analysis and Business Research principles will be considered a plus.
• Fluent in Greek and English (oral and written).
• Initiative-taking for problem-solving.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize data and information from various sources.
• Ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders of various hierarchical levels and departments to understand needs and propose solutions.
• Ability to understand the company's vision, translate it into strategic goals, commercial actions, and operational levels. Translation of goals based on a detailed analysis of data and elements into performance indicators (KPIs)
• Completed military obligations (if applicable).
