HR Operations Specialist

TITAN Greece offers an exciting opportunity for an HR Operations Specialist to join our team at our HQ in Athens, reporting to the Payroll and Operations Manager. The role is critical in ensuring efficient HR operations and a high-quality employee experience across the organization.

• Draft and manage employment contracts and consultant agreements
• Create and maintain digital employee files
• Manage position creation and changes in SAP SuccessFactors
• Support and implement organizational changes
• Collect, analyze, and maintain recruitment data
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain accurate employee records in SAP SuccessFactors / HRMS
• Issue employer certifications and official documentation
• Coordinate employee benefits administration and support programs
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor legislation

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree is an asset)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations or similar role
• Solid experience in HR systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong knowledge of Greek labor law and HR compliance
• Experience managing onboarding and offboarding processes
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in Greek and English
