The Customer Service Representative (CSR) supports daily customer communication and order management within the central operations Hub. The role is responsible for handling customer requests, entering orders accurately into the system, and coordinating closely with Dispatch, Scheduling, and production teams to support smooth delivery execution and reliable customer service.
