Overview

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) supports daily customer communication and order management within the central operations Hub. The role is responsible for handling customer requests, entering orders accurately into the system, and coordinating closely with Dispatch, Scheduling, and production teams to support smooth delivery execution and reliable customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls, emails, and order requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Guide customers through the order process and collect all required delivery information
  • Enter and update customer orders accurately within the operational system
  • Coordinate closely with Dispatchers, Schedulers, and production teams regarding order status and delivery requirements
  • Provide customers with delivery updates, scheduling information, and support during daily operations
  • Communicate order changes, special requirements, and urgent updates to the operations teams
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records within the digital platform
  • Support resolution of customer issues and escalate operational concerns when required
  • Support daily use and adoption of the company’s digital ordering platform
  • Contribute to smooth communication flow between customers and operations teams

Qualifications

  • Diploma or technical certification
  • Previous experience in customer service, order entry, dispatch support, or operational coordination
  • Experience in ready-mix concrete, logistics, transportation, or construction-related operations is preferred
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy in order handling
  • Comfortable working with digital systems and operational software
  • Problem-solving mindset and customer-focused approach
  • Team-oriented attitude with strong cooperation skills
  • Completion of military obligations (if applicable).
