Overview

TITAN Greece has an excellent opportunity for a high-impact role as Supply Chain Excellence Manager, based at our Headquarters in Athens, Greece. The role reports directly to the Supply Chain Director and collaborates closely with all Supply Chain pillars, IT & Digital, Finance, Production, and Sales. The primary scope of this role is to shape and drive the transformation and the continuous improvement of the Supply Chain by leading digitalization and operations initiatives, standardizing processes and performance indicators, and building the capabilities required for sustainable operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the portfolio of Supply Chain transformation and improvement projects, from prioritization and business-case development to implementation and benefits realization
  • Establish a structured loss-analysis framework across cost, time, and service, identifying root causes and translating findings into improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with Finance to develop business cases, validate realized savings, and ensure the measurable impact of improvement initiatives
  • Identify and introduce digital tools and automation solutions across planning, logistics, telematics, dashboards, and TMS/WMS environments
  • Partner with IT & Digital to translate business requirements into effective system and process solutions
  • Design and maintain the Supply Chain performance framework and scorecard, including KPI definition, standardization, automated reporting, and review routines
  • Map, standardize, and document key Supply Chain processes and SOPs, promoting consistent best-practice ways of working
  • Support Supply Chain governance through improved data governance, master-data quality, and standardization across business segments and locations
  • Introduce continuous-improvement methodologies, tools, and practices, building relevant capabilities across Supply Chain teams
  • Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption and sustainability of transformation initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Postgraduate studies will be considered an asset
  • 10+  years of relevant experience across different Supply Chain roles, including solid exposure to both Logistics and Planning.
  • Proven experience in project management, continuous improvement, process excellence, or Supply Chain transformation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage improvement initiatives from business-case development through implementation and benefits realization
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, Excel, BI tools, dashboards, and performance indicators
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain digital tools and systems, such as planning platforms, TMS, WMS, telematics, and automated reporting solutions
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous-improvement methodologies; relevant certification will be considered an asset
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to influence and drive change without direct hierarchical authority
  • Structured, commercially aware, and results-oriented approach, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes
  • Fluency in Greek and English, willingness to travel as required, and fulfilled military obligations where applicable
